::Ogikubo's motsuyaki made me happy ❤️ It is located in an alley a few minutes from Ogikubo Station. I came in before 7:00 pm on weekdays, and I was glad that two people could fit in. Apparently it opens from around 17:00, so maybe it's time for a change. Most of the customers are regulars. Moreover, there are many single women. Many office workers are alone after work. Regular customers often join in the conversation (lol) It's a small restaurant with about 10 seats at the U-shaped counter, which has the feel of a long-established restaurant, and 2 seats at the entrance. I thought it would be nice to go outside if it was early summer. If you are with your pet, it may be okay to go outside. Each skewer was carefully made by hand in the kitchen. I found out the owner's age, but he doesn't look much older than that, no, he's still in his early 50s to late 40s, and he has a good posture and is very handy, and doesn't look out of place at all. The skewers cost 130 yen each, which is an unbelievable price, and the grilled meat is exquisitely done.I think it's the kind of motsu-yaki that only the owner of the restaurant can produce. I never thought motsuyaki would make me so happy, and for 2,000 yen, I ate 15 bottles of cola and oolong tea and was happy and had no stomach upset. It was a happy weekday night. ::A store specializing in motsuyaki. Each bar is small but cheap, and the food is served at a fast pace, so you can eat as much as you want. I have never had such delicious fatty tuna (large intestine) and lightly grilled salted liver. You can have up to three drinks (one drink is fine), you shouldn't stay too long or get too drunk, and you should leave in less than an hour.

::I was impressed by the quick movements of the older sister grilling skewers in the middle of the U-shaped counter in the Showa-era store, and I patted my offal while listening to her pleasant "Aiyo!" response. When I couldn't read the menu on the wall in the slightly dimly lit store, I was grateful for the attentiveness and thoughtfulness of the table menu that came out from the back...
