::Jiro inspired ramen. It's a shame that the soup was lukewarm, but the taste is just fine. (The taste is different from Jiro, and as you can see from the photo, the soup is cloudy and has a strong greasy taste) There are tatami seats in addition to the counter. I regret that I should have made it Nibodevil.

::Ramens such as Jiro-style pork noodles, dried sardines nibodebiru, back fat, and mazesoba are available. Check out the limited edition ramen at the entrance and order at your seat. The back fat reminds me of onions, seaweed, and Sanjo Tsubame, but the back fat and oily soup are amazing.

::I received Nivodevil. A soup made with rich pork bones and plenty of dried sardines. It's delicious, with a strong pork bone broth and an unmistakable crunch. I think it's irresistible for dried sardines lovers. The surface of the soup is glistening from the dried sardines oil. The noodles are thin, straight, and smooth. The combination of dried sardines and thin noodles is a must-have for me. Topped with low-temperature-cooked pork fillet, menma, seaweed, and green onions. The rock seaweed goes well with the Nibonibo soupšIt was a very satisfying bowl. It was a feast. Nibodevil is for advanced sardine players. There is a zodiac fortune telling machine on the table lol

::This is one of my top 3 personally recommended abura soba (maze soba) in Yurihonjo City. It is also attractive that you can change the taste. Thank you for the meal!

::There are various types of ramen. There are a variety of ramen on the regular menu, including Jiro-style, Mazesoba, Tonkotsu Ramen, Miso Ramen, Chinese Soba, Nibodevil, and Ebi King, so you're sure to find your favorite ramen. Not only that, but they also have a wide variety of limited edition menus, such as Rasho Inspired, Jiro-style limited editions (soupless curry Jiro, etc.), hand-rolled thick noodles, and Chinese soba-type limited editions, so you'll never get bored. (By the way, the limited menu is displayed at the entrance, so it might be a good idea to take a photo here. The reason is that there is no sign of the limited menu inside the store.) Among the limited menu items, I think I like the Starman Soba and Soupless Curry Jiro. There are many different kinds of ramen, but personally, I often eat Jiro-style ramen. Jiro type is on the top left corner of the menu, so maybe Jiro type is recommended. Pork noodles (Jiro style), which is also a regular menu item, has a micro-emulsified soup with a very rich soy sauce pork bone soup, and the noodles are extra thick, a little hard and delicious. The default pig is large but thin (this is the only disappointing point) If you add more meat, you'll get a large piece of seasoned pork, about 3 or 4 centimeters thick, which is completely different from the default pork. If you are not satisfied with the default pig, we recommend adding more pigs! This is a restaurant where you will never get tired of Usagi and Kaku, as they have a variety of ramen.
