::I had a large bowl of Chinese soba (soy sauce ramen) and C set chopped pork bowl. I got the impression that the chicken bone-based soup had plenty of dark soy sauce rather than soy sauce sauce. It's probably because there's a lot of chicken oil in it, so you can taste the flavor of the oil and chicken, but it's not overpowering. If anything, I got the impression that it tasted like soy sauce, and I thought it was a waste of the stock and chicken oil. A large serving of noodles is 1.5 balls, but the noodles are smooth, chewy, and medium-thick, so they were very satisfying to eat. It was a mini char siu bowl, but when I drank the soup after eating the rice, the salty taste I felt earlier was harmonized nicely and became delicious. I think soy sauce ramen is better served as a set with rice than as a single item. Next time I want to try Shio Soba

::I went there right when it opened on a weekday, and it was almost full. Chinese noodles + B set (shiso rice) Flavored egg soba + C set (small pieces of chashu rice bowl) I ordered gyoza (5 pieces). While you're waiting, they'll take your order, so you can have your rice bowl right after you're seated. The ramen is light and delicious with chicken soup. Both of the rice bowl dishes had a strong appeal and were delicious considering they were side dishes. The gyoza are also bite-sized and delicious with a slight garlic scent.

::It's a wonderful area, close to Mizushima Port and a yacht harbor nearby. I arrived 10 minutes before the store opened, and there were already about 10 people waiting, which shows how popular it is. However, the staff's operations are excellent, with two people taking orders even before the restaurant opens, and they smoothly guide you to your seat as soon as the restaurant opens. You can enjoy a pleasant meal with efficient movements and cheerful reception. The store is also clean, well-organized, and has a pleasant feel. I ordered Ajitama Soba. The soup is an orthodox soy sauce, but it tastes like seafood. It has a slightly sweet taste and I think everyone, including children, will like it. The taste of the ingredients, such as menma, chashu, and seasoned eggs, is also very good. The noodles are thin and straight, making them easy to eat. I would definitely like to try the Shio Soba and set meals.

::Good soba restaurant with great service. You can order soba in two sizes and add extra toppings. The service is friendly and efficient. This is not a place to linger over your meal and chat. The menu is Japanese only, some staff speak a little English, but a translation app can take care of the menu. You will be asked if you want your noodles hard or soft.
