::When I first visited the store, the elderly male receptionist insisted, ``Please make a reservation by phone before coming.'' It was certainly my fault for coming to the store without making a reservation, but there was no information about in-store reservations, so I asked, ``Can I make a reservation right here?'' They somehow accepted my reservation and I went home. It would have been nice if they could be a little more flexible. On my second visit, I was initially assisted by a female receptionist, and I had a very good impression of her. However, it's honestly annoying that the receptionist and counter staff keep asking me to confirm the same thing as when I last visited the store. The worst part was the woman who answered the counter. I was told to make a copy of my ID card, but when I actually go to get a copy of my ID card and resident card, I feel uneasy if I take it without asking first, and how the ID card is handled. It was sloppy, unfriendly and frankly unpleasant. I visited Mizuho this time to open an account due to work, but I don't think I will come again.
