  As I was looking around near the entrance to see if there was a machine that dispensed number tags, a nearby female staff member kindly listened to my requirements and responded quickly, which was very helpful.

  No foreign currency exchange. And the security told me, there is none in the area. However, there was one next to it (Kagoshima Bank, 4th floor)

  When I first visited the store, the elderly male receptionist insisted, ``Please make a reservation by phone before coming.'' It was certainly my fault for coming to the store without making a reservation, but there was no information about in-store reservations, so I asked, ``Can I make a reservation right here?'' They somehow accepted my reservation and I went home. It would have been nice if they could be a little more flexible. On my second visit, I was initially assisted by a female receptionist, and I had a very good impression of her. However, it's honestly annoying that the receptionist and counter staff keep asking me to confirm the same thing as when I last visited the store. The worst part was the woman who answered the counter. I was told to make a copy of my ID card, but when I actually go to get a copy of my ID card and resident card, I feel uneasy if I take it without asking first, and how the ID card is handled. It was sloppy, unfriendly and frankly unpleasant. I visited Mizuho this time to open an account due to work, but I don't think I will come again.

  If you want to exchange your local currency to yen, they only do it from 10.30, not 9!!
