When I thought I was finally called to the counter, the person at the counter who confirmed the details and the general information person started arguing in front of me... From what I've heard, it seems that the procedure can be completed with the initial tablet operation, so there is no need to go through the procedure at the counter. There was no explanation given to me about the process, and after that, I had to wait for an additional time, only receiving a mild apology, and was made to use the exact same tablet, and the procedure took more than two hours in total. When I thought I had finally completed the formalities, a sales person came and I was surprised to see that I was about to start selling NISA. The sales person didn't seem to know anything about it, so I don't think there was anything wrong with that, but I thought it was irresponsible and wrong to make them wait and then have someone else handle the final response. I don't want to go to this branch again.
