::The noodles are thin and the soup is light and has a gentle flavor. I'm a small eater, but it was easy to eat and I was able to eat a lot. I was surprised that there was so much char siu in the char siu noodles! The yakisoba had a strong flavor and was delicious with cubed chashu on top. The hiyashi chuka was topped with mizuna and purple onions instead of the usual ingredients, and had a nice crunchy texture that went well with the light soup.
高見nana
::Chinese noodles 750 yen Yonezawa ramen with a light soy sauce flavor. For a moment, I wondered if Yonezawa ramen was this light (thin). The noodles taste like Yonezawa, but I think the soup is not very rich. Lately, when I've been eating ramen all over the place, I feel like it's unsatisfying, but I'm sure there are people who like this. The chewy menma is a nice touch. Although the noodles are said to be a bit large, since they aren't too thick, this amount is just right for this ramen. The single wooden table on the side is cool. It's not high enough, so it's frustrating that you can't cross your legs. Nowadays, it is rare to find individual towels that come with a bag. It's interesting that there are stylish points at important points. This store might be interesting.

::The inside of the store was clean and nice because of the system where you purchase a meal ticket. Since there were two of us, we ordered a large serving of menma soba and a large serving of megabu shio chuka soba. Both had a gentle taste that even the elderly could enjoy.
夕焼け
::This is a restaurant where you can eat delicious Yonezawa ramen. I ordered menma ramen. There's a bowl of soup in the bowl and it looks delicious. The noodles are thin and curly, and are smooth when eaten with chopsticks. The char siu is firm and thinly sliced, and the menma is delicious! It has just the right firmness and flavor. I visited you before noon on a holiday. This is a restaurant that uses meal tickets. The interior of the store has a slightly retro atmosphere with video tapes lined up. There is a tatami room and a counter, so I think it's easy for families or solo guests to come in!
ひらっち
::This is a restaurant where you can eat Yonezawa ramen. I ordered chashu noodles and gyoza. The thin curly noodles, the refreshing soy sauce soup, the thinly sliced char siu and the thick menme matched perfectly, and I was able to finish the soup. At first bite, the dumplings smelled like Chinese wine (Shaoxing wine?), but I didn't really notice it and they were delicious. Since it was lunchtime, customers were constantly coming in. Thank you for the meal. This is a store I would like to visit again.
