::The American rice with shrimp and scallops was rich and very delicious. I could feel the flavor of the colorful vegetables that came with the dish. The chicken in the Kukure curry that my companion ate this time was tender and delicious. The staff also served customers with wonderful smiles and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. I visited around 11:30 on a weekday and was seated without waiting, but it started to get crowded after 12:00, so it might be a good idea to make a reservation. Last time, I went to lunch on a weekday without a reservation, and I couldn't get in because the restaurant was reserved. It seems to be often used by groups of tourists sightseeing in Yamagata.

As someone who has experience eating and drinking in Europe, I was somewhat dissatisfied with the service. I thought Japanese service was better, so I was even more surprised at how bad it was. I found this place when I was looking for a place to eat that wasn't a chain restaurant, but I still felt it was a bit loose overall.
