::I canceled it a few years ago. The whole body sun was good from Kobe Mitsui to Sakura Bank. I miss those days. Nowadays, they are taking all the fees from general depositors, and even the branch (like a branch office) in the prefectural capital is doing such a poor job. It took in a loan shop that had fallen into financial trouble due to overpayment claims and transformed it into a consumer financial institution rather than one that focused on depositors.

Moreover, there are no ATMs. Also, when I withdrew more than 1,000,000 yen in cash from my account at other city banks (Mizuho, Mitsubishi) in Mito City, they asked me exactly how I would use it (in this day and age, I wanted to avoid getting scammed), but only Sumitomo Mitsui did. Nothing was asked.

Please realize this is digital era. The world has changed. Dont stick on paper and hanko in this 2020. very much disappointed!!. i am cancelling my credit card services with you !!
