While I was looking forward to it, I was thinking about what I should eat... It is said to contain Sendai's specialty, beef tongue. Wonton. I ordered my favorite Surah with wontons. I waited for over 15 minutes, looking at the ankake yakisoba from the side, thinking it looked delicious. Finally the rice bowl. Then I was astonished. Lukewarm. The noodles were thin and felt a little hot, but the filling was quite lukewarm. If that's the case, it's not hot overall. The taste is not sour, but sweet, with the scent of peppermint and chili oil. I wonder if it's a sura, this taste. When I added a large amount of vinegar, I felt like I was getting closer. It was far from what I expected. Other fried rice has no taste. My partner's tsukemen also had a very subtle flavor. The last Sendai meal was quite disappointing. The plump dumplings were average, but I'm sure there will be no repeat orders. disappointing. .

::It's a restaurant inside Sendai Station, so I expected it to be delicious. I got a little nervous when I saw the items being delivered. The amount is more than I expected! It was a happy miscalculation. The Surah Wonton Men I received had plenty of thin noodles in the sauce, and no matter how long it took, the heat didn't subside and it didn't subside easily (lol) And, the Sendai specialty mapo yakisoba that you brought with you had quite a visual impact, and the neighbor also ordered it in a numbing spicy style, but perhaps because they wanted to make it more mellow, the two of them were quite nice. I ordered an additional Calpis Sour (lol). I like shops with clear characteristics like this. This is a store I would like to visit again.
