I said, ``No, I've already paid the bill,'' and then she asked ``Please show me the receipt,'' and when I showed it to her, she just said ``Oh...''. No apology even! I was treated like a shoplifter and it was unpleasant. Even though it's a self-checkout system, I'm still in the office, my phone's notifications ringing, and I'm constantly calling each other's names in a loud voice with the female clerk, so I wonder if I'm motivated? When customers arrive, it's natural for them to be standing in front of the self-checkout counter!   Nice people are nice, but the attitude of the female clerk I went to today was the worst. The poor handling had been noticeable for some time, and I thought it couldn't be helped, but today after the product display? Empty cardboard boxes were scattered about, and there was no space to walk. I would like to receive at least some training. Well, it might not be possible since it's a store where the manager usually sleeps.
