::I visit here every year during the new soba season. I went there after 11 o'clock on a holiday and it was full. We got a number ticket and waited for our turn, but it was full as soon as the restaurant opened at 11am, and it took about 50 minutes to find a seat. I ordered mori + mini pork bowl. The soba noodles are crisp and have sharp edges. The soup was a little sweet, and I couldn't really smell it. The meat of the pork bowl was a little tough and there was a lot of pepper. disappointing. Well, it's normal + α, but soba has also become more expensive due to the price increase.

Choose Avecdon (pork bowl and chilled natto) Warm soba noodles were also included in the soup size, but I feel that the best way to appreciate the taste of soba is to eat it cold. I thought it was a nice soba with a strong soba aroma and a nice chewy texture. Both were mini size, which was perfect for me and the perfect size to enjoy while walking around (^^)

::I visited Shintoku for the first time because of the good reviews (^o^)/ At 11:30 on a weekday, the parking lot was full and there were about 6 cars parked on the street, making it very crowded (￣□￣;)!! Still, there were many groups waiting, so if I was alone, I was immediately guided to the counter! I ordered "Abekdon" for 1350 yen! *Tendon and hiyakashi (chilled kashiwa) However, it felt like I had to wait over 20 minutes for it to be served. First of all, it looks impressive and good (^^)D It even comes with hot soba noodles! The country soba was delicious, but I don't think it was anything special. The tempura bowl is also delicious, but at an average level. Honestly, I don't understand why there are so many lines (^_^;)

The price is 1350 yen, but the soba noodles are extra 100 yen. After that, add a raw egg topping for an additional 50 yen, totaling 1500 yen. The soba noodles were hearty and delicious.
