  The taste of Shagara varies a little depending on the store, but this one was my favorite, and the backfat wasn't too strong and it was delicious. The inside of the store was also hygienic.

The curly, medium-thick noodles coat the soup and bring it to your mouth. ``Atmosphere of the shop'' Although the food is good, the towel baskets are piled up next to the toilet, making it feel unsanitary. Also, there is a trash can next to it where used chopsticks are thrown, and it's completely visible and unpleasant.

  Even one person can enjoy ramen in peace. And delicious! You can get a large portion for 10 yen more and a special portion for 20 yen more! Great for families!

  This is a ramen shop that opened this year, and there are other popular shops like ours and Kisso on the same premises. Both are delicious, but the price, the amount, and the 20 yen extra for the special portion are definitely attractive. I think the popularity of each will be divided into two.

  Large size ¥10. It was a special portion for ¥20. The first time I had soy sauce, and the second time I had miso, but I preferred the miso. This is the type where you mix the spicy miso on top of the noodles later.
