By far the salty taste is delicious. For a fee, I like to order black rose seaweed as a separate plate and add it to the soup when ordering extra eggs for a different taste. At that time, please ask for salt kaeshi. I think the black rose seaweed + maple leaves will deepen the flavor of the soup and make it delicious. The curry afterwards is also very delicious.
