By default, it is topped with rare char siu, chicken char siu, thinly sliced ​​menma, and green onions. That's a beautiful bowl surface. I've had ginger soy sauce before, but I feel like the salty flavor brings out the flavor of the chicken and ginger more clearly. The soup was quite oily due to the chicken oil on the surface, but the ginger flavor made it refreshing. It was a feast. It seems that Mazesoba can be taken out.

This is my second visit after moving in 2016. If I remember correctly, I ordered spicy ramen on my first visit, but I forgot to take a photo ( ̄▽ ̄;) This time, I have to take a good photo (lol) Order "ginger salt". In preparation for watching soccer games in the autumn rain, I decided to warm my body from the inside out with ginger. Personally, I think ginger goes best with salt soup. You can tell just by looking at the refreshing, clear, golden-brown salt soup that it's delicious. It tastes as light as it looks, but you can really taste the richness of the seafood soup stock. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles that are common these days, and although they are thin, they are firm and chewy. These noodles go well with any flavor of soup. In other words, the noodles themselves are delicious and the finish doesn't interfere with the taste of the soup. There are two types of chashu. Chicken fillet char siu and pork belly char siu. Both are thoroughly stewed and have a melt-in-the-mouth texture. Menma is different from other stores. The texture of shredded menma is interesting! Please enjoy the crunchy texture (*^^)v
