::On my way home from the Inagawa Fireworks Festival, I visited this restaurant for the first time, having heard that the salt ramen was delicious and had been interested in it for some time. Inside the store, there are counter seats and table seats, and you order from the friendly staff. I ordered salt ramen (large bowl of noodles) and fried rice (small), both of which I had heard were delicious, without green onions. The soup had a strong salty flavor with a slight hint of seafood stock☺️ However, it wasn't salty, the soup didn't make you thirsty afterwards, and the yuzu pieces had a nice aroma, making it really delicious ☺️ The noodles were medium-thick noodles made with springy whole grain flour, and were delicious and went well with the soup. It contains two pieces of chashu pork and menma, and it was delicious as an accompaniment to the ramen. The fried rice was delicious and had a good seasoning, and the rice was fluffy ☺️ I went there at 9pm, so there was no line to get in, but when I finished eating and left the restaurant, there was a line.
