::Since it was my first time, I had chicken SOBA with soy sauce. The silky noodles had a nice texture as described in the instructions, and the soup was delicious with a good amount of chicken stock. The char siu is also good. However, this is just my personal impression, and although I was greeted by normal customer service, I felt that they looked at me with some suspicion. I understand that they value their regular customers, but... It's okay if you don't come, I don't need a reply. Don't worry. Thank you for your prompt reply as expected. Even though I wrote that I didn't need a reply, it seems like it's something that comes to mind (´∀｀) The ramen itself was delicious. What follows is my personal opinion, right? Is there any problem with that? People who write like this lol That's what I'm saying. Well, please keep up the good work.

I’m grateful that it’s open until 16:30 🧡 I couldn't take a photo though There are so many limited menus that it’s hard to decide🤣 Since it's Hatsuho, the default chicken SOBA. They even helped me with less noodles 🙇🏻♀️ I could choose from three types of noodles. Of course I chose my favorite pillowy noodles🥺 Great for piping hot soup with a lot of oil The pillowy noodles are the best🙌 The one that likes chicken and soy sauce🥰 The chashu pork served on a separate plate was also delicious🤤🧡 Although there is a huge number of menus I admire you for being a one-off operation✨

::My wife and I came to the store today ^ ^ When I entered the store, I saw many different types of ramen, all of which looked delicious, so I had a hard time deciding. As with the types of ramen, there are many different flavors and noodles, and I was excited as I waited for it to be completed. When I saw the ramen served by my wife, I was even more excited to see the clear, clean soup and perfectly cooked noodles ^ ^ The taste was so gentle and delicate that it was hard to believe it was ramen, and although my wife is a small eater, she enjoyed it and thought she could eat a large portion lol. I saw an interesting-looking kelp water tsukemen called barley noodles, so I ordered it, and it was also super delicious! Can I eat 500 grams? That's what I thought, but there was no need to worry about that ^ ^ Although it was just outside of lunch time, they carefully explained to me what they were particular about in the ramen I ordered. I've never seen a ramen shop that was so particular about it and I could feel that they really love making ramen. He was like that ^ ^ It was a very enjoyable lunch, so I would definitely like to go there again ^ ^ thank you very much!

::It's my first time here. There are 3 types of noodles. I ate curly noodles. It was chewy and very delicious. The soy sauce flavored soup stock was rich and delicious. The ramen ingredients were on a separate plate. I was surprised at how big the ingredients were. It contained a lot of Kujo green onions and was fragrant and delicious.
