Hiroyasu Matsui
::A Taiwanese restaurant where you can eat Hamamatsu gyoza certified by the Hamamatsu Gyoza Society. The illustrations on the menu are so cute that you'll want to try everything. Taiwanese ramen is spicy, so please be careful when eating it if you don't like spicy food. Hamamatsu gyoza is light and easy to eat. The fried chicken dish as a single dish is very delicious, but each piece is relatively large, so I think it would be best to have it cut into pieces for each person and share.

::A valuable restaurant where lunch is 700 yen including tax I get the impression that they specialize in spicy dishes. The gyoza are also great. My personal recommendations are the Taiwanese ramen and stir-fried chive liver. I think the stir-fried chive liver is the best in Hamamatsu. If you're ordering the Nirareba set meal, we recommend the Stamina set meal, which comes with gyoza. Overall, there is a lot of volume and a sense of volume.

::I came to the store on a weekday evening and ordered the "Taiwanese Ramen Hanchan Set." The ramen isn't too spicy, and the meat miso with garlic and chili pepper goes well with the plenty of chives and bean sprouts. The fried rice had a nostalgic taste, but the large dumplings with lots of vegetables were too sweet for my taste. However, perhaps because there were no other customers in the store, the store owner and female employee kept chatting and the atmosphere was terrible. When I was checking out, the owner said, "Thank you," and I left the store thinking, "I'm not your friend, so use proper customer service terminology!" No repeat orders!

::The atmosphere of an old-fashioned ramen shop. I received the Dandan noodles set. Dandan noodles are spicy, but the spiciness is addictive. The garlic-flavored gyoza makes me want beer. It's voluminous, so I think it's good for working men. Counter 5 seats 3 tables for 4 people 1 table for 2 people 1 table for 6 people 6 people tatami room, 2 tables There is a child's chair in the tatami room.

::A ramen shop that has been operating in Takaoka for a long time. This is a locally owned store. I remembered that my mother loved this store and frequented it often, so I came here for the first time in 10 years. This restaurant is popular for its Taiwanese ramen, but I ordered the tonkotsu ramen that I used to eat a lot. It's not that there's anything special about it, but it's just a delicious ramen with traditional gyoza made with garlic and chives. I'm also happy that the quantity is large. Another good thing about the store is that it's not that crowded. We visit various shops mainly in Shizuoka Prefecture. You can also see a list of my personal favorite shops and spots on my profile, so please feel free to use it as a reference.
