  This is my first visit. I ordered green onion soba (soy sauce) and mini chashu rice bowl. It was a sweeter soup with more seafood than I expected. It was a mini chashu rice bowl, but it was too soft for me, who prefers hard rice, so I ate only the head and left the rice behind, but the taste was good. My companion ordered a large amount of gyoza and fried potatoes, so I was pretty full. The potato fries were the most delicious!

  I always order meat soba Ramen made by the Dam Mania owner♪ Salt or soy sauce...I always ask for salt. I've had soy sauce soup before, but I think it's a little too sweet. Needless to say, the char siu is soft and will fall if you don't grab it properly lol I think it's similar to the char siu noodles at Sakauchi Shokudo. But I prefer noodles that aren't too pillowy, so this is it. It's not too salty and you can enjoy the flavor of the soup stock while eating it. The amount of noodles is like a train?   good. I visited in the afternoon on a weekday. The spacious interior has a casual, bright atmosphere. However, the atmosphere is not like a modern ramen shop, but rather a modern version of the Chinese restaurants and set meals restaurants that I used to go to when I was a student. The 1,050 yen Niku Soba (with soy sauce) that I received comes out exactly as shown in the menu photo. The char siu wasn't as melty as I expected, but it was delicious. The soup is light but has a slightly sweet taste. I like this area, but personally I think it would be good to add a little more barb. I'll be coming back next time to try the dum curry, which is another recommended menu item, so until then I'll give it a middle rating.
