::I made a reservation for the course, but the main course arrived in 3 hours. It was funny to see that we ended up at the same pace for pasta as the couple next to us who had arrived an hour late. I had the all-you-can-drink option, but it ends in 90 minutes, so what should I do with the drinks? I asked the person in charge if this was strange, but he said that our restaurant caters to customers who spend three to three and a half hours thoroughly enjoying the experience. I don't mind the style of the restaurant, but I don't have time to relax that much. I thought it would be a good restaurant for local madams who have a lot of time to spare. I will never go again. My memorable day was ruined.

::Hard to properly describe the experience at Vv.lab - what a wonderful culinary and wine tasting experience - really like nothing I've ever experienced. Quality and service is impeccable and the variety of the food and paired wines is truly unique.

::Visited on an anniversary. Anyway, the shopkeeper and his wife? It was a restaurant where you could feel his great personality and his love for cooking. You can feel the attention to detail in everything from the fixtures to the store's restrooms. I recently moved here and was curious about it, but I'm really glad I was able to visit. It seems that even one person can casually eat pasta etc. at the counter. The menu is prepared daily and has a wide variety of items. It seems that they originally hired a chef, but the owner now prepares the food himself. Although I am passionate about research and have a basic knowledge, this seasoning pairs well with this wine (sake)! ? There were many surprises. Ratatouille is probably the only flavor that comes close to the one I'm familiar with, and all of them are ingenious. (lol) Craft beer also seems to be stocked with space beer on an irregular basis. As a beer lover like myself, this is a must-try. . . I chose the chef's recommended course and was very satisfied with the pairing. If you look at the website and think the prices are high, please make a reservation and try the drinks and food as you won't regret it. You can have a happy time. Since it's in the neighborhood, I'm thinking of going there again after work, even if it's just by myself. Also thank you! (lol)(^^)

::The owner, who works in the kitchen 20 hours a day, serves exquisite dishes made with the utmost care. His commitment is non-stop, even down to dessert. They seem to have a very good selection of wine and other alcoholic beverages (I can't even give you an example as I don't know much about it), so I think even those who are picky about alcohol will be satisfied. Perfect for entertaining or as a reward for yourself. Reservations are required.
