::The hotel is located at the bazering susukino, many food outlets, shopping outlets around. Hotel lobby located at level 3, this is the big drawback, you need to go hotel lobby first before can take another lift to the room. Other than that the room size is reasonable, breakfast was good, staff are friendly, got free coffee at lobby. Still a good choice if the price is not too expensive

::All the staff were super friendly. The bar was closed and they delivered 2 glasses wine to our room. The breakfast staff also were friendly, they gave us a little ice-cream each morning. I will definitely be back.

::Our entire family enjoyed the stay at the hotel. We were well-served by the ladies and gentleman at the hotel. We only had issues at the breakfast buffet which was because of other patrons. It is clean but there were still a thick amount of dust trapped at the corner of the room. Our little ones had asthma attack twice in the night during our 5 nights stay.

::What I like the most in our stay is the take away breakfast, when we need to be out early in the morning and no time to eat in the hotel. They gave us boxes to bring food outside and coffee or any drink for that matter to go with. The 2nd one is that it is located in the center of popular attractions and best places to eat. 3rd is it is near the limousine bus stops so it is fairly accessible coming and going to the airport.

::Really loved staying here. The hotel was great. The staff was friendly. The location was awesome. Breakfast was a huge winner for me. Everything about my stay here was awesome. I did only stay one night, so I didn't use as many of the amenities as I would have liked.
