  Breakfast is really good and the view from 9th floor is amazing. The hotel needs to be refreshed - common areas and rooms a bit "used." For a Mercure hotel, I expected a bit more..

  Great breakfast buffet. Must be tattoo-friendly as I saw a guy with a beautiful Yakuza style tats on his chest exposed walking around the lobby merrily socializing with one of the staff.

  I knew this is new hotel in Accor family, and i was very positive suprised how this Hotel works .Especially i loved breakfast - so good food + special place for Accor members with view on Castle. Very nice public bath with sauna , as well available for all Hotel guest lounge with afternoon tea, snack and wine. at eavning lounge offer snacks and multi choice of good quality alcohol. rooms comfortable and clean , amenities non limit available in lobby. super frendly team always ready to help with highest quality and Japan respect. I recommend this Hotel to every Accor guest to have a look how this all is made and compare to other Hotels - You will be very suprised in a very positive way !

  Convient location to travel back and forth to Imari/Fukuoka/Yobuko and other town nearby. Nice facility and service especially the manager in lounge plus restaurant he is friendly and helpful, also a good observer, it’s pity that I forgot to know his name, thank you so much.

  Lovely staff here , they look after you so well. Rooms a little dated, but large and super comfy beds. Breakfast is good, plenty of choice and good western options too. Onsen is great to have on site and relax away a day's walking etc Then free drinks in the lounge - for all guests . Maeda, in the restaurant, is super helpful and friendly. Views from the restaurant over the castle are great . Thank you
