  I went on an expedition to Hanamaki on my first solo break in a while. Second visit. There are so many menus that I get confused. I don't know where to park my car. Last time I had Chinese noodles, so this time I ordered Nibo Dakutoya with thick noodles. I visited right after it opened, so I was the first customer. So it was delivered without waiting. A slightly sour and bitter taste. It goes well with the rich and thick pillowy noodles. There's also 2 pieces of char siu and 1 piece of loin, so it's hearty! Thank you for the meal. This time it's back fat sardines ramen ramen The noodles are a little thick and have a lot of back fat, but they're not too bad. There was a slight sourness to the pork and soup.   Visit in October 2023 [Ticket vending machine with number input] I visited on a weekday. The store is near Hanamaki Tax Office. We arrived after 1pm. Is there one parking space next to the store? If you are coming by car, you should not rely on the store's parking lot. There is an entrance on the road side, but it is like a back entrance. The entrance for customers is on the right side when viewed from the road. No customers. A man entered the store at the same time as me. This was the only guest during my stay. This ticket vending machine does not have a button for each menu, but is a type where you enter the number assigned to each menu into the ticket vending machine. You will not be able to enter your number until you have deposited money into the ticket vending machine. This is already my second encounter with this type of ticket vending machine since coming to Iwate. It's smaller than a typical ticket vending machine, and probably costs less. There seems to be table seating as well as counter seating. I didn't notice the existence of table seats, but looking at the photos posted by other people, there are table seats. You can see the TV from the counter seats. Self-serve cold drinks in paper cups.   Confused about the parking lot, confused about the ticket vending machine, and unable to make a calm decision, I ended up eating a large serving of fish tonsoba. The noodles were coated with a thick bean paste that was so thick that you could mistake them for food samples. It was very piping hot and I guess this is what it is, but the fishy part of the tonne was so strong that I couldn't really tell what the tonne was. The rice was free and the portion was plentiful, so I was full. Although the menu is large, it's quite unique, so it seems like you'll be able to find something. However, I think they should do something about the parking lot.

  I really like the Kara miso ramen. The chashudon is also really good. Definitely check it out.
