::I wanted to eat Taiwanese mazesoba for the first time in a while, so I went in. All 8 counter seats and 2 tables are full. A seat became available right away, and about 10 minutes after I was seated, I had my bowl of rice. ⬜Taiwan Mazesoba with meat, less garlic It has a spicy taste and the flavors of the chives and seaweed combine to make it delicious. When the egg yolk comes into play, the taste becomes more subdued and becomes even more delicious. The spicy minced meat and the chunky char siu go well together and are delicious.
