Salt tempura rolls have a good salty taste. It's delicious, but it's quite salty. The crispy shrimp tempura is very delicious. It wasn't made in advance, so it was really delicious. The pickles are also crunchy and delicious. The salted tempura bowl is said to be a specialty, so I'd like to try that next time.

::I came to Toyama on a business trip and used it for lunch. As soon as I entered the entrance, I saw a large raccoon dog statue standing in the middle of the store! I ordered Daimon somen, a local specialty. A local person I went with heard that Daimon somen is a local specialty, and it was hot that day in April, so I thought it would be cold rather than hot, so I ordered it. The noodles seemed longer than other somen noodles, but I ate them so quickly that I didn't even notice how long they were. The soup was not too salty, the soup stock was strong, and the somen noodles were delicious. I bought a set of somen and soup as a souvenir at a roadside station on the way. I plan on sending it home to eat.

I received a set of Teshio rolls and warm Daimon Somen noodles, and a set of Shio Tendon and warm soba noodles😋 It was seasoned with salt rather than sauce, so it was refreshingly delicious! On the way home, I also received some pieces of pumpkin to use for tempura! I also received a discount ticket for my next trip 😁 I want to come again 🙏✨ It was really delicious and I was very satisfied with the customer service from the staff.
