::The color of the ramen soup is black, but the soup is light and delicious 😋 I think it would be better to call the ramen here black ramen. All other black ramen are salty😅 The noodles are curly and medium thick and go well with the soup. I was surprised at how soft and delicious the char siu was! ️ I also want to go there soon. Since I went alone, the only addition was the Ambayashi. good reputation I'm looking forward to the oden and yakitori next time♪

::I went in the evening, and the store was crowded. Some people were waiting outside. It was my first time trying Toyama Black, but it wasn't too bad, and I think the soup was light. The char siu was delicious. My mom, who was running the kitchen, was the best.

::Arrived 30 minutes before opening on Saturday. There were 6 customers. The weather that day was bad and there was a blizzard, so I was able to enter the store 10 minutes early. The store is small. There were probably 8 counter seats in 3 raised areas. The exchange between the store owner and the clerk was heated. It seems like it's always lively. I ordered a large bowl of ramen❗It's quite a large amount. There was also a lot of chashu on it and I was very satisfied❗ I've eaten many kinds of black ramen, but this one I think the black ramen is the most delicious in Toyama. It's not too salty and it's easy to eat and it's great 🎵 I would like you to try it by all means.

::I went in January 2024. The parking lot is diagonally across. It was said that the store would open at 12:00, but it opened a little earlier and the customers who were lining up entered the store one after another. When I ordered the chashu noodles and it was served, I could smell the nice smell of green onions, which whetted my appetite. The char siu is served submerged in the soup, so it's hard to tell from the photo how much char siu is in it, but it's well contained. As for the flavor, I felt that the char siew was a little strong and the soup was moderately thick. This onigiri is the first type of onigiri I've ever seen, and it has pickled plums inside. I ended up chewing up the seeds without realizing it. I was happy to be able to eat authentic Toyama black.
