::The Okinawan soba noodles were clearly homemade but the broth was quite bland and my overall impression was “average”, not “one of Naha's best.”

::One of the best Okinawa soba shops in Naha. They only open on lunch. I like their noodles since they obviously make it in house because of the clean texture. In case you order soba with meat like soki soba, they put the meat in a separate plate. They sell bento boxes and soba kits (the one where you assemble the ingredients in your home) too.

::Recommend their home make green soba. Noodle very Q and soup is tasty. If you like spicy flavor, you can add their home make chili paste. Nice restaurant.
