  I had heard that the lady with the bob hair was unkind, and that was true. They're working with their heads down, not looking at the customers, and I wonder if they're taking care of other people's procedures or something. That's what I was waiting for, but I couldn't wait for a long time. I wonder if the other staff members in the background don't pay attention to it either.
