I'm glad that the younger woman handled the problem politely and quickly.

As a foreigner, I feel that almost everywhere on the map there are always negative comments that are personal feelings. I think this netizen is controlled by elderly people who do not understand the outside world. In my opinion, a little disagreement is natural in all places. After all, we are human beings who don't always do the right thing. Ironically, many elderly netizens in Japan often make negative comments everywhere, lower ratings, influence visitor silence, and even can permanently close a place . I will comment here, during my 8 months in Japan, I visited Sakurada Post Office where I felt helpful and the staff were also nice.

As mentioned in other reviews, the middle-aged woman at the reception desk had a very bad attitude. There was no greeting and a quarrelsome attitude. I will never go to this post office again as it is unpleasant.

I found out that my father, who passed away a few years ago, had an account, so I visited him to inherit and close the account. I received a courteous response. thank you. Although several decades have passed since the postal service was privatized, the system cannot be called private. It is still in the process of development. I know it's hard for everyone working, but please do your best.

Last time I went there, there were two ladies there, and they were very rude and had really bad attitudes. When I went out of my way to ask about the contents of the package, and when I told them how it would be delivered, they said, ``We call this delivery method 〇〇,'' and even when I was told about the terminology used by the post office. I didn't know him, and since I was younger than him, it was obvious that he was speaking from above and speaking in a dialect. In my position, I am a customer, so I would like to be treated as a customer would. Even though we weren't close friends, he seemed bossy and unpleasant. I went there as I was passing by, but I don't want to go there ever again. Correct your response. I've been angry since this morning.
