I will comment here, during my 8 months in Japan, I visited Sakurada Post Office where I felt helpful and the staff were also nice.

  As mentioned in other reviews, the middle-aged woman at the reception desk had a very bad attitude. There was no greeting and a quarrelsome attitude. I will never go to this post office again as it is unpleasant.
