Thank you for your help at the gynecology department. I was hospitalized and had surgery, but everyone who treated me was so nice that I was surprised. I was anxious and nervous as it was my first surgery in a while, but he made me feel at ease and smiled. The hospital room was clean and felt spacious even though it was a room for four people. Although I was admitted on a day when the clinic was closed, the person who guided me around was smiling and welcoming. The food had a wide variety and seemed to be good for the body, and even the part-time person serving the meals talked to the patients. The cleaning is done frequently and it is clean. I was glad that the shower room was designed so that it wouldn't conflict with other people. I knew that the teacher was busy, It seemed like all the staff covered this. At least I am very satisfied with the response from the nurses. I can't believe I was able to return home so quickly after 2 nights and 3 days without any stress and without having a scalpel inserted into my stomach. I would definitely recommend her to anyone undergoing treatment at a gynecologist. I deducted one star because the parking lot was so crowded that it was inconvenient to be able to read the time when traveling from far away. However, my husband said that the person who showed him where to park was a nice person.

A certain orthopedic doctor. I heard about it, but they didn't examine my condition. I went to get my leg checked, but since I was having some problems with my wrist and it was my first time doing it, I was nervous, so I thought I'd ask him to check it out, but when I started talking, he got angry and said, ``You can do that later!'' It was said in a tone. From the beginning of the interview until the end, I was only looking at the computer screen, and I didn't even make eye contact with him once until it was over. I had a test done, but I would like to ask another doctor for the results. I only have good memories of other orthopedic doctors and doctors in other departments, so I will try to avoid them. As mentioned in the parking lot reviews, if you want to park in the parking lot on the premises, I think you should expect to wait, and I don't think there is any point in complaining about that. . I parked at a nearby coin parking lot, and when I returned, I showed my parking ticket at the reception desk and received a ticket. However, be sure to check the signage of the coin parking lot to see if it is affiliated with the hospital. That's your responsibility! By the way, I parked there for 3 hours and got a ticket for 3 hours. I looked into it later and found out that they will be giving out free tickets for up to 3 hours, so please check it out on your own.

the receptionist does a bad service, even if you explain that it's your first time at the hospital, the receptionists don't guide you what you should do, Me being a foreigner and speaking Japanese well, the receptionists look disdainful, they welcome you anyway, grumpy in the questions and answers. I hated coming to this hospital, even before visiting this hospital I had already seen the reviews, I would really give it three stars less, if you are a foreigner, they require several types of documents, even if you present your health insurance, I've never been so nervous in my life as I was in this hospital.

I was brought to this hospital by the ambulance and had one of the best experience with the staffs. They are all very kind and polite, be it the doctors, nurses, literally almost all the staff! Even though I am a foreigner here but they give me best treatment. Some are even willing to bring me to every room required. I'm so glad. Thank you very much for your kind help!

This is the worst hospital experience I have ever had. The staff is unkind and dehumanizing. They don’t listen and don’t care if you are uncomfortable or in pain. They don’t properly sanitize. Especially if you are a foreigner... avoid this hospital!!! They seemed particularly unkind because of being a foreign national despite me being able to speak Japanese. Don’t risk it.
