::I have been going to the hospital since the time of the previous building. I was also hospitalized three times. The good things about it are that we have a lot of testing equipment so we can often detect serious diseases, it's clean, and everything has recently been digitized. It seems like the reviews are not very good, but I haven't had any particular problems, and as a resident of Taito Ward, which doesn't have many large hospitals, it's a great relief. Doctors change frequently, but I don't think this is unusual at large hospitals.

::I’m a foreigner and I don’t speak much Japanese, I had someone write out my symptoms for me in Japanese to show to the reception staff. The reception woman who helped me was very friendly and filled out all the paper work for me as I couldn’t read Japanese, she didn’t speak English but she did her best to help me. I didn’t have to wait too long, then I got to see a doctor who spoke a bit of English. It was a quick visit but I just had a minor issue and needed some antibiotics. For me it was easy and all the staff were helpful.
