::I went there because the hormones seemed delicious. It feels like the lightly pickled vegetables and miso soup are unique to this restaurant. It's quite impressive that it comes on a platter of hormones. It's not on the menu, but it looks like you can get spicy miso as a topping for 50 yen, so I'd like to try the shiitake ramen next time.

::A local Chinese restaurant that seems to be loved by the locals. Both the ramen and shiitake miso ramen (pictured is a large serving for an additional 150 yen) had thick noodles and were very delicious, but the offal stew set meal was my favorite of all the offal stew I've ever encountered. The grains of miso have a strong presence, and you can enjoy the rice as much as you like! It was really delicious.

::This restaurant is popular for its shiitake miso ramen. If so, it would be shiitake miso ramen. My son ordered super spicy miso ramen for 870 yen. I followed suit and had super spicy miso ramen and also had a beer for 600 yen. Super spicy miso ramen comes with 3 balls of spicy miso, as the menu says. Even though it's called 3 balls, it's not that spicy because there are only 3 Kodama. The noodles are thick and water-added noodles. Miso ramen is not Sapporo style but more like miso tanmen. It doesn't make a spicy soup like Nakamoto, but the spiciness is added later. I think I should have just gone with the shiitake miso ramen here.

::I ate Shiitake Miso Ramen for the first time in 20 years. The taste, atmosphere, and customer service were all the same as before, and we had a great time.

::I visited on Sunday around 12:30. The store was almost full. There was one table for 4 people and all the rest were tatami seats. Inevitably, we shared a table, and there was one person at the table, so I sat across from him. There was an acrylic board to prevent splashing, so I didn't have to worry about sharing a seat. I ordered the Yokubari set (shiitake miso ramen + mini sauce fillet cutlet bowl). For me, the mini sauce fillet cutlet bowl was quite delicious. Many customers asked if Shiitake Miso Ramen was a specialty. It seems to be thriving with customers coming in all the time. The atmosphere was good because the female staff were friendly. The parking lot seemed to be across the street from the store.
