  I tried the naturally fermented amazake without using sugar, and it was delicious! The price is also reasonable at 400 yen. The water is also delicious. When I sat down, the first thing they offered me was lukewarm hot water that was gentle on my stomach (like the natural water that gushes out at a shrine). I was really touched by how thoughtful they were, like offering me some sweets, and telling me I could sleep in the loft when I saw a sleepy face after taking a hot spring bath. When I left the store, the hostess went out of her way to see me off and said things like, ``Good morning!'' Well, the hostess was very personable and made me feel at home, so I was able to spend a nice time there. I would like to stop by again when I go to Beppu.

  Today, I had mentaiko pasta. It's delicious 😀 The Neapolitan is so plentiful that it makes me laugh, but the mentaiko pasta is also 🤣 Today, they served it with a salad they had in stock for the event 🥗 It was 900 yen including soup. I also thoroughly enjoyed the talk with the landlady, who is always fun 😆

  Located in the shrine premises. Very friendly owner and good ozenzai.

  Visited after visiting Yawata Asami Shrine. I stopped by because of the appearance and because it was a cold day, so I was drawn to the ``Zenzai'' menu. When you go inside...huh? The inside of the store was dark and overflowing with things, and the tables were scattered all over the place...I felt like they weren't prepared to welcome customers...😅It's more like shiruko than zenzai. It feels like it's not sweet enough. Well, my body was warm. . . The price was reasonable at 500 yen. I was a little disappointed because the exterior looks nice. 😞

  Don't bother ordering anything else other than drinks! Food is crap and total waste of $$$
