  My stay at Shangri-La Tokyo was exceptional. The hotel's blend of modern luxury and Japanese elegance provided a tranquil escape in the heart of the city. The service was impeccable, the rooms spacious and stylish, and the dining experiences unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and pampered, making it a stay I'll always cherish. I can't wait to return to this urban oasis.

  This is my top favorite luxury 5-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Now I only want to stay at Shangri-La hotels! The luxury, detail and service can’t even compare to American 5-star hotel groups. Every detail oozes luxury from the elevator with the stunning crystal chandelier and “over the rainbow” original Judy Garland song to the ultra comfy PJs and the massive rain shower. I took advantage of the spacious bathtub and view every evening. The rooms are really big as well. Loved my view of Tokyo skytree tower. The staff is super helpful, warm, and friendly. I’d stay here again when I return to Tokyo.

  Amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Classical elegance throughout. Lovely breakfast, try the croissants, they are worth it.

  Stayed here 4 nights past week. This is amazing hotel with a perfect location, large rooms with everything you may ever need. Most importantly, the hotel is staffed with a professional and caring staff that is fluent in English and goes the extra mile to help the customer. Highly recommended!
