The standard gyoza is said to be meatless, but it's about half the size of regular gyoza and is crisp and delicious. It's a shame that they only have craft beer and no regular draft beer. Lunch only? Apparently they also have ramen.

A gyoza restaurant in Hotarugaike that I visited the other day was introduced to me by a friend. Honestly, it was a restaurant that turned my image of gyoza upside down (lol) Because the main dish, the signature gyoza, doesn't have any meat in it.It's a gyoza made only with vegetables! ️ It was wrapped in a super-thin see-through skin and was ``light and delicious.'' There was also no chili oil, which is always included with gyoza, and original spicy spices were placed on the table. Eating gyoza with salt (this is delicious again ♥️) From boiled dumplings wrapped in small baskets to grilled shumai with juicy meat, to gyoza that look like yakitori! ! It's a small and beautiful shop, and the owner's special attention to drinks is included. He told me about a wonderful shop. I would like to go again. Thank you very much (^^)

Five servings of creative gyoza a day. This time it was meat dumplings and cheese dumplings! I'm always here for your help, and the beer and gyoza are both great. I'll go again~

"Ryu no Gyoza" is located next to Hankyu Oasis, just a short walk from Hankyu Hotarugaike. A gyoza specialty store that boasts several types of gyoza and craft beer. I ordered 3 types of standard gyoza, shiso gyoza, and pork gyoza, non-alcoholic beer, and salted cucumber. You can choose between salt or sauce, but you can appreciate the difference in flavor of each bite of gyoza by eating it with salt. We recommend refreshing your palate with Umashio cucumber and then eating different gyoza, so you can still taste the difference.

A gyoza specialty store located less than a 3-minute walk from Hotarugaike Station. It's quite small. In addition to the basic fried dumplings, we also have a variety of other items. The back side is crispy, but the other side is quite soft. There may be some people who don't like the texture. Personally, yes. I also liked the taste of the ingredients inside. Autographs of Hanshin Tigers pitcher Iwata and several others were displayed.
