  I learned about this place after watching a YouTube video called Sushi Specialty Channel. I had been wanting to visit the company for a while after seeing the general's careful workmanship, and I was finally able to visit. As I passed through the noren curtain, I heard the general's cheerful voice welcoming me, and that alone made me feel glad that I had come. (There is also an unfortunate shop owner who has a low voice) All the dishes are elaborate and impressive. The taste was delicate and very delicious. I was so absorbed in eating that I forgot to take pictures. I was thinking that even though rice cooked in a clay pot is delicious, it would be a waste to leave it after being full. I took it home. They took good care of me until I saw them off, and I was able to go home feeling comfortable. Although it takes an hour by car, it is a store that I would like to visit again.
