::The soba noodles here are thicker, and the flour on the fried shrimp tempura is a little thicker, but overall it's quite delicious.

::I wonder if Ryogoku is the only one there?! So when I arrived at the store, the noren curtain was up and I felt a sigh of relief. There was no one in the audience seats or in the kitchen, so I called out to the back, and the proprietress came out and quickly ordered ``Ten-oroshi and nuki-de.'' ・ Well, the cooking was quick, even though I was supposed to fry the shrimp tempura and make the kashiwanuki, it was served within 10 minutes. ``Ten-oroshi'' had large shrimp tempura and grated daikon radish, and the bowl of nuki was the largest I've ever eaten. (It looks like it's for small ramen...) The hand-made noodles are thick and chewy, and the portions are larger than other restaurants. Pour plenty of light dipping sauce over it. Yes, this is my favorite country soba! ・ The ingredients for kashiwanuki are really simple, just chopped green onions and the parent bird. The umami of the fat from the chicken floats in the soup, making it really flavorful. Also, thinly sliced chicken is much chewier than it looks, so please refrain from eating it if you have weak gums due to pyorrhea, gals, or children who don't have jaw strength. After slurping up the cold soba, I washed it down with the flavorful soup, and my eating speed increased and I finished the meal in no time. Well, the open business hours were very helpful! -------------------#Second post To order, choose ``Tanuki soba (warm) and pork bowl'' from a set of soba and rice bowl dishes that are popular and cost-effective. Actually, I saw a glimpse of what a previous customer was receiving and copied it. I heard the sound of meat being grilled in a frying pan in the kitchen, and I was so hungry that I gulped down some saliva. Both of the sets, which were served in 5 to 6 minutes, are considered to be small in size, but they are more than 70% of the size of a single serving, so it's probably enough for one person. ・ When I slurped up the country-style medium-thick noodles, they were a bit soft, but the flavor of the buckwheat flour spread throughout my mouth. Well, the soba here is delicious cold, but I also like it warm. On the other hand, the pork bowl uses loin meat, typical of Tokachi, and the soy sauce sauce gives it a nice aroma. I like the way the sauce on both of them has accumulated! The sauce-soaked meat was a rice thief, and in each bite I raked the rice three times. And when I washed it down with soba soup, it was bliss.

::Not a bad random restaurant experience, as we took a put stop on our way to Obihiro. The soba was very delicious but I felt that the pork bowl was a tad tough and sweet.

::Decent restaurant. As the most restaurants in Hokkaido it is not the cheapest you find in Japan but standard pricing in Hokkaido I would say. This Soba was good but flavour of soba isn’t at its best quality. Good enough for a little town restaurant. Pork was good. Sweet soy sauce seasoned.
