::Tried the strawberry shortcake- Good fluffy, light, and sweet sponge that melts in your mouth. Goes well with their light and milky cream with the perfect amount of sweetness. Yummy!

::The creamy cheesecake consists of four layers therefore four stages of great pleasure. A must try! The strawberry cake was so light that I had no effort gobbling down both of them!

::5 stars for the cheesecake and Swiss roll! Missed out in Otaru but glad we managed to get it when we arrived at Sapporo Station. Be patient and leave your confectionary to thaw for a 8 hours as recommended though. We ate it within the hour and had really good ice cream as opposed to cake. This didn't do it justice though as when we ate our leftovers the next day, it was so much softer and even more amazing!
