::This is a French restaurant that I've been curious about for a long time and have been checking out. I was finally able to visit in the fall of 2023! It is within walking distance from JR Chiba Station. There is no parking lot available, but There is a coin parking nearby. For me, it was a delicious and fun time that allowed me to experience various explorations on a plate. The elegant green-based space made me feel comfortable and refreshed in many ways. I was very happy with the hospitality of the staff, I would definitely like to visit you again. The number of ``places where you can recharge your energy'' has increased yet again. 😘

::I visited for lunch for the first time in several years. I was impressed by the dynamic expression of the rich seasonal earth and the spread of life on the plate, as well as the delicate aromas and flavors of the sauce (especially the fish) and the accompaniments.It was very delicious. is. I didn't make a reservation for the pairing course, but I was asked and told about the wine that would go well with the meat I had selected, and the warm and courteous staff made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. The 6,000 yen lunch course, optional pureed fish soup, seasonal cocktail champagne, and white and red wine was about 10,000 yen per person. The restaurant's wonderful presentation tailored to those celebrating anniversaries and celebrations made for a gentle time and fun celebration. Thank you very much♪

::Dinner with family. The course costs 10,000 yen. It was delicious. The restaurant and staff were nice and I had a good time eating. Cheers is a seasonal cocktail. The peach was very good. For sake, I had Ayu Masamune, a local sake from Myoko in Niigata. I had sautéed calf kidney as my main dish, so I think it went better with the wine.

And of course, there are surprises every time with the food! This is a shop I definitely want to visit again! ◆On April 18th, I visited for lunch with my daughter and her significant other. The dishes are so spectacular that I can't really talk about them (lol) I was able to make some precious memories on this day with the strong red wine recommended by the sommelier. thank you very much. *Last time, I was invited to this restaurant by another girl, and it became one of my favorite restaurants. It is my dream to visit again someday.
