"Low-temperature cooked chicken" came out, but when I cut it with a knife, it had a limp texture and red appearance, and it looked raw.I feel sorry for the ingredients and the chef, but I couldn't eat it because I was worried. I think they are strictly measuring the core temperature, but... I can't confirm that here. . . Red chicken is really scary. My partner's chicken had no red spots and was overcooked. I was even more worried because "my chicken was the only one that was red." Every year, we come across news and articles about food poisoning caused by low-temperature cooking, so our motto is "protect yourself." I couldn't get rid of the anxiety about Campylobacter, so I had it lowered. At that time, the clerk asked me, ``It's cooked at a low temperature, but are you still concerned about the red color?'' I replied, ``Yes...I may be overly concerned about this, but I'm sorry.'' . Honestly, it's okay because I suggested reheating it and our restaurant measures the core temperature. ::It's within walking distance from Chiba Station, so I think it's an easy place to get to. Today, I ordered a special lunch course of ¥7400. I received a reservation confirmation email 4 days in advance, and I felt that the store had taken good care of me. (Cancellation fee applies from 18:00 2 days before) Inside the store, there are 2 tables other than myself + 1 table in a semi-private room. I was able to enjoy my meal in silence. A word about the photos... 1) Amuse It was like a corn mousse. It was a dish that filled my mouth with the flavor of corn and made me look forward to what was to come. 2) Abalone and liver I don't like abalone, but this one was very delicious. The abalone had just the right amount of crunch but was soft enough to eat, and the jelly with a strong seafood flavor was very delicious. It seemed a little salty. 3) Marinade I didn't like the green shiso sauce (sorry if I'm wrong), but other than that it was delicious. However, I heard rumors that the taste changes slightly depending on the alcohol you drink, so maybe that's why. ::I used it for our anniversary last year, and it was so delicious that I decided to use it again this time. All the dishes are delicious, especially the fish dishes. Also, the anniversary plate was so cute that the staff at the hall took photos for us, and we had a wonderful time. I will use it again!

::My friend and I had an epic course for lunch. Since I am pregnant, I requested in advance that the heat be turned on properly, and they did so. All the dishes It was exquisite and very delicious. I forgot to take a photo, but the main dish, pork, was melty and wonderful, like braised pork. The Maitake cream risotto was fragrant and delicious. The refillable breads were mini-sized and easy to eat, and I ended up having 3 of them. Also, the woman who served the food was very polite and explained the dishes each time, which made me feel comfortable. Every time I said, ``It looks delicious!'', she smiled and replied, ``Thank you.'' Overall, the food is very heartfelt and the hospitality is very good, which gives it a high rating, but I feel like I would have liked a little more quantity, so I'll give it 4 stars. Next time I would like to take my husband there at night.
