  Visited the store during the day on July 7th. The female clerk's attitude seems lazy and unfriendly. I don't think it can be helped if there is a problem with the customer by giving in, but this person behaved that way even though they were being careful (using polite language, of course). Who are you?

  I visited the store at around 14:25 on July 20, 2021. A very kind female clerk helped me. He spoke kindly, and after I handed him my change, he said, ``It's hot, but please do your best.'' I was disappointed that I couldn't see the name tag, but I am grateful to such a kind mother.

  The store staff's handling of the products is too rough. Even if a plastic bottle falls over when scanning a barcode at the cash register, it will remain on its side. Bread and other items will be thrown at you, and when you put them in a bag, they will flop around as if you should just stuff them in. It's frustrating to see.

  A shop that sells cold oden right after it's prepared. Immediately after purchasing it, I tried to eat it in the parking lot 🅿, but I didn't feel any heat in the container I was holding, the konjac was cold, and the mochi in the mochi purse was raw. Isn't it strange that business is so smooth now?
