  As others have written, the customer service is the worst. I used it on August 1, 2024, but the sub-leader, Ms. Sasaki (female), was too cruel. At first he doesn't reply, but when he does, it's slow and he seems very grumpy. That's why people often wear name tags called leaders. The female clerk who was there at the same time was very polite. Avoid approaching this person when he is around.

  I use it sometimes because the location is convenient, but I wouldn't use it if possible. I don't expect the same level of customer service as in a hotel at a convenience store, but most of the staff have poor customer service. Even if it’s a student part-time job, it’s too harsh. I can see that they don't train their employees at all.

  The parking lot is large so it's easy to use, but the morning lady staff are not friendly... It's a convenience store, so I don't expect any more customer service than necessary. Less than necessary... AI robots and self-checkout are likely to be better. The young man working part-time is more likeable.

  I stopped by before 9am. The customer service attitude of the part-time boy was the worst. There was no “Welcome” and certainly no “Thank you”. I asked for a bag, but he didn't say anything. I wish it could be improved a little more.
