  I stopped by on a business trip, and the restroom was dirty and smelly, and the coffee was weak (obviously weak). This is a terrible Lawson. Personally, I'm a Lawson fan, but this is beside the point.

  Overall, the quality of the staff is clearly lower than other stores. The quality of the service was particularly poor for a female clerk in her 30s with black-rimmed glasses.

  An old lady clerk who looks like a Yankee. Even though it was their mistake, they rephrase it to make it seem like the customer is at fault. Your loud, power-harassed voice is echoing throughout the store. It's even become a rumor in the neighborhood. Why don't you just notice it? I don't even want to give 1 star.

  There are many reviews with low ratings, but personally I don't think it's that bad. I think the staff's customer service attitude is rather good. More than that, when I go on Saturdays, the rice balls are always out of stock, which is disappointing. You'll want to ask, "What is the person in charge of ordering doing?"

  The female clerk from the evening was unfriendly and I couldn't feel the spirit of service. I think about it every time I go. I have a bad attitude when I line up at the cash register while cleaning. I don't want to pay to be treated like that. I guess it's a part-time job, but since I have to serve customers, I have to do my job properly. There's no response, there's a small, troublesome attitude, and I get it sometimes, but it never goes away.
