::I stopped by on a business trip, and the restroom was dirty and smelly, and the coffee was weak (obviously weak). This is a terrible Lawson. Personally, I'm a Lawson fan, but this is beside the point.

::Overall, the quality of the staff is clearly lower than other stores. The quality of the service was particularly poor for a female clerk in her 30s with black-rimmed glasses.

::An old lady clerk who looks like a Yankee. Even though it was their mistake, they rephrase it to make it seem like the customer is at fault. Your loud, power-harassed voice is echoing throughout the store. It's even become a rumor in the neighborhood. Why don't you just notice it? I don't even want to give 1 star.

::There are many reviews with low ratings, but personally I don't think it's that bad. I think the staff's customer service attitude is rather good. More than that, when I go on Saturdays, the rice balls are always out of stock, which is disappointing. You'll want to ask, "What is the person in charge of ordering doing?"
地味変
::The female clerk from the evening was unfriendly and I couldn't feel the spirit of service. I think about it every time I go. I have a bad attitude when I line up at the cash register while cleaning. I don't want to pay to be treated like that. I guess it's a part-time job, but since I have to serve customers, I have to do my job properly. There's no response, there's a small, troublesome attitude, and I get it sometimes, but it never goes away.
