  I had a bad experience with customer service. Respond to pressure by talking so fast that you don't understand what they're saying and encouraging them to pay quickly. I want you to be able to relax while shopping, including paying. There was another store near the bypass, so I bought the same item and the customer service was very friendly. Considering the difference between buying the same item, I think I will stop using this Lawson in the future. It spoiled the good mood of a precious day. On the other hand, the other Lawson started the day in a good mood.

  I tried to get a copy of my resident card, but since I'm not good with machines, I asked the clerk to help me. I think she was probably in her 40s and was a part-time worker. He kindly taught me. I use it when I go back home and I think the service is good!
