  The staff's customer service is poor. I especially dislike the middle-aged female clerk. While serving the customer, I started chatting with other staff members, so I ended up forgetting what I had ordered. It would have been better if they had cleaned up the store staff since it had been renovated. Lawson here has had poor customer service for many years. Added in November 2020 I didn't go to the store for about a year because I didn't like the customer service, but the young male clerk who served me the other night was very polite and kind. I want this clerk to continue for a long time.

  This is a post of praise for a female store clerk. A short, straight-haired young female clerk who works nights is very polite and always responds with a ``Thank you'' two or three times in response. I'm really impressed by how agile they are when putting out items, and when customers come to the store, they always say, ``Welcome.'' I hope that other store employees will be influenced by this female store clerk and reconsider the way they serve customers.

In normal customer service, people say sorry, but is this a part-time job? The female clerk was laughing all the time as if she was making fun of me and saying, ``No, it's not there. I would check to see if other stores have it in stock. The quality of customer service is too poor.

  I always use this store because it has a better selection of products than Ministop or 7-Eleven.
