  Before becoming the current owner (new store) The old Lawson Hanoura Nakasho store was good... All the clerks working there were nice as well. It was bright and had a good atmosphere✨ but… Now it's the worst as everyone feels ٩(๑`^´๑)۶ Even though the store is new, the employees are not very energetic. The atmosphere of the store is dark and it is difficult to shop... There are some store staff who can greet you. I went there in the morning the other day. The cash register was run without a word from start to finish. Of course, "Thank you." No words... I often think, “I can’t handle the cash register (customer service) like this” 😮‍💨 It's close so I have no choice but to use it... There are so many customer service complaints (reviews). Do you have no desire to improve? I wonder if the headquarters won't say anything...
