  I used to use this store because the staff were very nice, but I was surprised by the customer service from the store manager today. I'll never go again. He has no friendliness and is the worst. Well, store manager, we're really understaffed.

  Before becoming the current owner (new store) The old Lawson Hanoura Nakasho store was good... All the clerks working there were nice as well. It was bright and had a good atmosphere✨ but… Now it's the worst as everyone feels ٩(๑`^´๑)۶ Even though the store is new, the employees are not very energetic. The atmosphere of the store is dark and it is difficult to shop... There are some store staff who can greet you. I went there in the morning the other day. The cash register was run without a word from start to finish. Of course, "Thank you." No words... I often think, “I can’t handle the cash register (customer service) like this” 😮‍💨 It's close so I have no choice but to use it... There are so many customer service complaints (reviews). Do you have no desire to improve? I wonder if the headquarters won't say anything...   I was tongue-lashed at the cash register. Even though I clearly said I wanted to pay by credit card and showed my card, they pressed the QR payment button. When I said, "Did you say credits?", he clicked his tongue as above. This is very unpleasant customer service.

If you can't do even one aspect of customer service, no matter what company you work for, it's useless. I can't trust a store that employs people like that. I don't want to give 1 star. A store with a minus star. I will never go to a store like this again. There are so many other things like that!!!!!!
