::I visited there on Sunday, July 7th during lunch on a cold day.I was actually planning to go to a certain ramen restaurant, but there was already a line and I thought it would be tough to stand in line outside under the scorching sun, so I had come before. Visit here for something. When I entered the store, there were about 6 other groups. As soon as I entered the store, I felt that it was hot. There are two commercial air conditioners in a large store with high ceilings, but they are installed side by side next to the windows, which makes it difficult to read the menu. While I was there, I looked at the other customers and they were all using the POP from the menu as fans (lol) We were also strict, and we had a family with small children, so after we sent the menu, we called the staff and asked if they could turn up the air conditioning. When I asked for this, the unexpected reply was, ``Sorry, the current temperature is 18 degrees Celsius, max.'' In that case, I at least asked them to lower the blinds of the seat by the window. When the family at the window saw it, they lowered it themselves. I endured the heat while waiting for my food to be served, and at this point I had to refill two glasses of water. The service takes about 30 minutes, and it's lunch time so I guess I can forgive the service time, but overall it's dirty. I got a bowl and udon set, but when I put the bowl away, it was very wet with all the soup stains on it, and my partner's bowl had dried and turned white, so I guess I just wipe it lightly every time and haven't put it in the washer. I wasn't sure if the utensils were really clean or not. A woman in her 50s or 60s who works as a guide and waiter inside the store was looking at the hall almost alone.I understand that it must be hard working in this heat, but she kept saying "Haa...haa..." as she walked. I was out of breath. I wanted to keep that from showing as much as possible. When I checked out the kitchen, I saw four young male and female employees. I understand that the placement of roles differs depending on the store, but wouldn't it be nice to have someone follow up? I thought they were giving up their work to older part-time workers because they didn't want to be in a hot hall. As a result, there was a large accumulation of dishes from customers who had left the store, and there was no one to wash them. Although the work involved is different, my partner and I both have experience working in restaurants, so I thought that if there were 5 staff members in the restaurant, the service would be a little smoother. I had doubts. As a former house cleaner, I was wondering if the air conditioner was broken on the way home? I took a quick look at the air conditioner on the ceiling, and there was a lot of dust on the filter. . Directly below there are tables for customers to use. There is a good chance that invisible mold and dust will fall directly onto the food, and just cleaning the filter should change the airflow. I don't particularly want to come in the summer anymore because of hygiene and because I'm in a sauna state in the summer. The udon and tempura were reasonably delicious, but it was hot and we both wanted to eat quickly and get out of the way.

::It's close to my house so I use it occasionally. Although it is a chain store that is common in Saitama Prefecture, the taste is similar to home-made udon noodles from the countryside in Ibaraki Prefecture, and personally, it brings me back to Japan. However, regardless of the taste, what is terrible is the cleaning inside the store. Even though I came in as soon as it opened, there was trash on the tables and chairs, and the toilets were always dirty. Normally, even if the store manager is sloppy, I think that in chain stores, regional managers etc. regularly check on the store, but what exactly is going on? The atmosphere of the store is dark and lacks any vibrancy or brightness.

::When you enter this shop, you'll find meat udon. It's a typical Musashino udon, but this time I ordered the seasonal rice eggplant meat udon. The deep-fried eggplant absorbs the soup stock and enhances its flavor ~ and the egg-cooked rice, which I don't often get the chance to eat when I live alone 🍚 This time, on my way out, I walked from Minami Kashiwa Station to the store, quenched my thirst, then walked to Kashiwa Station and headed there using public transportation.
