It's been a while since I ate garlic fried in oil, but it had a consistent taste. The beef tongue was too hard and tasteless so I managed to eat it. To be honest, I felt like the level of the place had dropped horribly, and I don't think I'll ever go there again...I should have left the memories as they were...a huge mistake.
